From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly faces who showed me around the facilities and made me feel welcome. Courtney led my class and was fantastic—she helped me set up my bike beforehand and encouraged me to just have fun. The atmosphere she created was energetic and uplifting, with color-changing lights for each song and fun props that matched the theme of the ride. At the end of the session, we received cool towels infused with essential oils, which was such a refreshing touch. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be back!

What are cycle classes at ELMNT CYCLE like

Our cycle classes are dynamic and cater to all fitness levels. With motivating music and engaging instructors, you’ll enjoy a challenging plus fun workout. We have a variety of themes and community events on our class schedule! You can book your spot on our website or by downloading our app, ELMNT CYCLE

Do you offer water during classes?

We have a water fountain in the lobby for easy bottle refills, and a variety of water and other beverages available for purchase!

Can I purchase apparel at your studio?

Absolutely! We offer a curated selection of high-quality fitness apparel to enhance your cycling experience. We have our branded ELMNT apparel, Kaxi claw clips, Aprés beauty products, FlipRings, TIEM shoes, and many other knick knacks.

Do you sell other refreshments on site?

Yes! We carry many popular brands like Water Boy, Celsius, Alani, Fiji Water, Gatorade, Bloom Energy, and Unwell Hydration!

What should I bring for my first cycle class?

We recommend wearing comfortable workout attire and bringing tennis shoes. If you prefer cycling shoes, TIEM cycle shoes and SPD clips are available for purchase at our studio. Our bikes are versatile, allowing you to use regular tennis shoes or cycling shoes with SPD clips. All bikes come equipped with a towel and set of weights for your class. After class, enjoy a refreshing cold lavender towel to help you cool down and reset.
